Unlike other CRM solutions available today, Wintouch on demand is not just a Customer Relationship Management or another Sales Force Automation solution and definitely not series of expensive modules, but a complete, economical, enterprise-wide resource management solution.

Features:

  • Enterprise Resource Management (ERM): Fully customizable account screens that can be color coded – making it easy to manage purchasing, suppliers, vendors, customers, prospects, employees, applicants, assets, projects, events, even track competitors and more.

  • Sales Force Automation (SFA): Facilitates and automates processes and workflow in the sales cycle, including contact management, opportunity identification and tracking, and sales forecasting.
